When the online form has been completed, our system engine immediately attempts to match the information you gave with the insurance and health discount providers in your district. We provide you with a list of insurance companies or agents with whom you've been matched. Some factors influence which insurance professionals are matched to you including your location, type of insurance desired, and, if applicable, your current insurance agent.

Is InsureCarOK an insurance company?

We are not an insurance company. We are a free referral service for customers and cannot address vexed points you have with your specific carrier.

If you have passed through the application process, your request has been sent to insurance agents or discount program representatives who will be in a touch with you within 48 hours with quotes. The names and all the contact information of the agents to receive your application were displayed at the end of the application process.

I've submitted my information. Why wasn't I matched to any agents?

This can happen for many reasons starting from the rate restrictions on certain products or a company-imposed moratorium on certain products. Based on the type of insurance you are seeking for, our site may not have any agents that are able to help you. When this occurs, InsureCarOK deletes all your data from our system.

Is InsureCarOK affiliated with any insurance companies?

No. InsureCarOK is a referral service for insurance and discount program consumers. We cooperate with agents from many different insurance companies and representatives of discount programs.

Do you have the phone number for a specific insurance company?

No. InsureCarOK does not provide a list of customer service or claims numbers for any insurance companies or discount programs.
